Grape bunches are handpicked into 20kg boxes and direct pressed. Alcoholic fermentation occurs at 12ºC, in 100% stainless steel vats. 30% of the must is matured for 6 weeks in “Talha” (old clay pots) representing the Synergy between the Ancient and Modern methods.

Tasting Notes:
Distinctive, mineral, complex and fresh. Strong primary fruit with an additional earthy, iodine almost chemical dimension from the anphora.
Great texture and mouth-feel.
