electively harvested by hand into 20kg boxes. The grapes are inspected for quality on a sorting table and transferred by gravity to the fermentation vats. Following macerate for 3 to 6 hours at low temperatures and the resulting bleeding is allowed to ferment spontaneously at 12ºC in order to preserve all the aromas.

Tasting Notes:
Bright pink colour.
Intense nose of ripe strawberries with a touch of cream. Distinct mouth-feel with smooth texture, ending with a fresh finish.

Infertile slate and granite soils.
Mediterranean, hot days with cold nights.

Storing and Serving:
Store at 6-8ºC to be consumed at 8-10ºC
