Very selective manual harvest in 20kg boxes. All grapes are inspected on a sorting table before crushing and conveyed without pumps to the vat. Wild yeast fermentation. Post fermentation maceration of over 20 days.
Aged for 12 months in French and American oak.

Tasting Notes:
This single vine variety Touriga Nacional surprises us with aromas of violets, bergamot and black fruit jam.
In the mouth we find floral aromas, concentrated, with perfectly integrated wood, finishing with lots of freshness and elegance.
Soil type:
The vineyards are grown on poor soils of schist origin, leading to very concentrated grapes.
Mediterranean with hot, dry days and cool nights.

Storing and Serving:
Store at 16ºC to be enjoyed at 18ºC
